Born in a Brooklyn apartment in 2011, Ends Meat began as a passion project for founder and culinary visionary, John Ratliff. Driven by a deep respect for tradition and a desire to create exceptional charcuterie, John embarked on a journey of experimentation, honing his craft with meticulous attention to detail.
From humble beginnings, Ends Meat has grown steadily, forging strong partnerships with responsible farmers who prioritize animal welfare and sustainable practices. We believe in the power of whole-animal utilization, minimizing waste and honoring the integrity of every ingredient.
