Thistle Creek Farms

Thistle Creek Farms are frontier farmers. On most days the only equipment George Lake and his ranch hands use are four-wheelers, usually with dogs on the back, to help move the cattle. They not only take care of the livestock on their soil, but take great lengths to care for the organisms in the soil as well. George seeds and converts cropland with grasses from all over the world, creating super nutrient-dense soils teaming with benefits that lead to improved nutrient density and flavor. His main goal is to raise Grass Fed beef and Sheep on the best grasses from all over the world.
Roaming Acres Farm

Roaming Acres farm was established in 2005 by farmer Todd Appelbaum. Todd owns and operates the 100+ acre farm in Sussex County, New Jersey. On the farm he humanely raises ostrich, bison, and Berkshire pigs. Todd is passionate about raising quality meat as a healthy alternative to factory farmed meats. His animals are free-range and raised on a 100% vegetarian diet. Since 2011, Ends Meat has been working exclusively with Todd to create the best Berkshire Salumi possible.
